The lovely light baby blue of this dress, is a pastel dream. Handmade from the 1970's or early 1980's. The color is excellent. This was probably originally worn to a garden party or wedding.
Condition: Very Good +, There was a one bust dart seam that popped after cleaning that was resewn.
