REFUND PROCEDURE

Refund Details and Procedure: 

During Store Wide Sales there are no Returns on Items. Please check your measurements with garment measurements before purchasing. 

Robins Heritage USA sells "VINTAGE" pre-owned,

We do offer refunds. Some items are not eligible for refund, such as, vintage jewelry, and 75 to 100 year old antique dresses due to their fragile nature. Sale items, Items described in the listing "As Is", and Layaway are also not available for for return .

Items Not Available for Refund:

  • No refunds on MAKE AN OFFER, negotiated price. The negotiated price is considered a Final Sale Item.
  • No refunds on Vintage Jewelry.
  • No refunds on Sale Items or When Store is on Storewide sale. 
  • No refunds on Layaway Items

We offer no hassle refunds. We want to assist our customers and we will work with you if there is a problem when your item arrives.

Before purchases a dress, blouse, or skirt, always double check your measurements with the description in the listing of the dress, blouse or skirt  to insure a good fit.  

Refund Procedure:

  • Notify me within 24 hours of the arrival of your item if you are not pleased. 
  • Please return the item with the tag attached within 14 days after the delivery of the item. 
  • On a returned item, a 15% restocking fee (10% of the original cost of the item) will be charged and will be deducted from the refund. No restocking fee is charged on Gift Items. 
  • Shipping Costs are not included in Refund.

*Note if your garment is damaged during shipping, contact us as soon as you receive it and take photos of the damaged garment and the package and contact us and USPS. 

INTERNATIONAL Customers:

  • Notify me at robinsheritageusa@windstream.net within 48 hours or 2 days of the delivery of your garment informing us of the issue with your item in writing.
  • You have 14 days to return garment.
  • 15% Restocking Fee is charged on Returned Item and will be deducted from Refund.
  • Buyer pays return shipping. 
  • Original shipping costs are Not included in Refund.
  • No refunds on Purses, Jewelry and Antique dresses in the Antique Collection.
  • No refunds on Sale Items
  • No refunds on Layaway Items
  • No refunds on Antique items or items from 1940 or earlier.
  • Email the tracking number to our email address.
  • Ship Item and Insure the Item against Theft.

YOUR ACCOUNT IS CREDITED AFTER THE ITEM ARRIVES BACK TO MY SHOP. 

International Customers it could take up to 2 weeks before the package is received in my shop. I will credit your account as soon as it arrives back in our shop and notify you by email.  

US Domestic Banks will take 3 to 5 days or more to process transactions.  International Customers, banks may take longer when there is a currency exchange.
