Refund Details and Procedure: 

Robins Heritage USA sells "VINTAGE". Vintage means, pre-owned, and much loved, at least 20 years of age. Our mission is to recycle and reuse.  We do offer refunds so please read our policy. Understand that some items are not eligible for refund, such as sale items, Items described in the listing "As Is", and Layaway, see the refund procedure below....  

Our refund policy window is short but flexible because of the nature of the items.  We want to assist our customers and we will work with you if there is a problem when your garment arrives. 

All items are cleaned prior to shipping.

  • Notify me within 24 hours of the arrival of your item if you are not pleased. 
  • Please return the item with the tag attached within 14 days after the delivery of the item. 
  • On a returned item, a 15% restocking fee (15% of the original cost of the item) will be charged and will be deducted from the refund.
  • No refunds on MAKE AN OFFER, negotiated price. The negotiated price with owner is considered a Final Sale Item. 
  • No refunds on Final Sale Items
  • No refunds on Layaway Items
  • Shipping Costs are not included in Refund.
  • Email the Tracking Number to Email : hippsro1@windstream.net
  • Ship Item Back USPS and Insure Item

*Note if your garment is damaged during shipping, contact us as soon as you receive it and take photos of the damaged garment and the package. Then ship the item back to us. I insure all items sold and shipped on this site. 

  • Ship the garment back to 179 Maple Tree Rd., Lexington NC. 27292. Ship the item back by whichever shipping company was used to ship your garment to you and email a tracking number to hippsro1@windstream.net.

INTERNATIONAL Customers:

  • Notify me at hippsro1@windstream.net within 48 hours or 2 days of the delivery of your garment letting me the issue with your garment in writing.
  • You have 14 days to return garment.
  • 15% Restocking Fee is charged on Returned Item and will be deducted from Refund.
  • Buyer pays return shipping. 
  • Original shipping costs are Not included in Refund.
  • No refunds on Sale Items
  • No refunds on Layaway Items
  • No refunds on Antique items or items from 1940 or earlier.
  • Email the tracking number to hippsro1@windstream.net. . 
  • Ship Item and Insure the Item against Theft.

YOUR ACCOUNT IS CREDITED AFTER THE GARMENT ARRIVES BACK TO MY SHOP. 

International Customers it could take up to 2 weeks before the package is received in my shop. I will credit your account as soon as it arrives back in my shop and notify you by email.  

Banks will take 3 to 5 days or more to process transactions.  It may take longer when there is a currency exchange.
