REFUND PROCEDURE

Refund Details and Procedure: 

Robins Heritage USA sells "VINTAGE" pre-owned,

Some items are not eligible for refund, such as, vintage jewelry, and antiques that are 75 to 100 year old due to their fragile nature.

Final Sale Items are not available for refund. .

Items Not Available for Refund:

  • No refunds on MAKE AN OFFER, or negotiated price. The negotiated price is considered a Final Sale Item.
  • No refunds on Vintage Jewelry.
  • No refunds on Final Sale Items

REFUND PROCEDURE:

We want to assist our customers. We will work with you if there is a problem when your item arrives.

Refund Procedure:

  • Contact by email RobinsHeritageUSA, robinsheritageusa@windstream.net within 24hours of the arrival of your item if you are not pleased. 
  • Please return the item within 20 days after the delivery of the item. 
  • On a returned item, a 15% restocking fee (15% of the original cost of the item) will be charged and will be deducted from the refund. No restocking fee is charged on Gift Items. 
  • Shipping Costs are not included in Refund.

*Note if your garment is damaged during shipping, contact us as soon as you receive it. 

INTERNATIONAL Customers:

  • Notify me by email at robinsheritageusa@windstream.net within 3 days of the arrival of your garment and inform us if their is an issue with your item in writing.
  • You have 20 days to return the item.
  • 15% Restocking Fee is charged on all Returned Items. 
  • Buyer pays return shipping. 
  • Original shipping costs are Not included in Refund.
  • No refunds on Jewelry and Antiques due to the fragile nature of the items.
  • No refunds on Final Sale Items 

Note: International Customers it could take up to 2 to 4 weeks before your package is received in my shop. I will credit your account as soon as it arrives back in our shop and notify you by email.  

US Domestic Banks will take 3 to 5 days or more to process transactions.  International Customers, banks may take longer when there is a currency exchange.
